SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Please expect about 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and for your item to be shipped.
Shipping times in New Zealand will vary from about 2-5 business days. For shipping to Australia, please allow 5-9 business days in case there are any delays out of our control. Please expect delays during peak Public Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number.
Returns Policy
Faulty or Incorrect Product
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please let us know immediately upon receiving your piece. Please note that we do inspect and examine our pieces quality before shipping them. To help prevent this issue coming up later on, please inspect your piece upon arrival. In this instance, we are more than happy to help amend the situation with either an exchange or refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Exchanges
For change of mind returns, we only offer exchanges. We offer a 14 day exchange period from when you receive the item due to them being customised pieces. Please ensure the piece(s) are in perfect and unworn condition. When returning your item, please send back with its original packaging to make sure the item is protected. To initiate an exchange please email us at hello@dearrgenevieve.com and we will provide you with an address and the steps you need to take.
